But when you mentioned the jingle, i thought, "Ohhh yeah! That's Expedia!" I too miss the jingle - they should've used it as a tag to take advantage of the equity already built into it. But I'm sure there was some sort of research or tests before they dropped it. I work at the company and I have yet to meet a person who does not have the customers' best interest at heart. Travel is a complicated thing to buy and sell and things do go wrong but by and large we are doing right by our customers. If we weren't we would be in trouble, nobody would be booking with us.
