Car Manufacturers Are So Unoriginal

Tuesday, March 8th, 2005

This happens so often with cars recently that it is sad. Here is yet another example of the total and complete lack of originality in the designs of many of today’s new cars. Ninety percent of the time new cars are lacking either an original design or some kind of taste or class. Please note that ninety percent figure isn’t scientific. Anyway, enough talking, here’s the evidence…

I Want Your Car Feedback

Wednesday, March 2nd, 2005

Have you bought or leased a car in the past few years? I want to hear about your experience with your car. That includes if you like how the car drives, feels, performs, etc. I also want to know about its reliability. Have you had to take it in for anything more than routine maintenance? And lastly, how has service been at the dealer? Any cars or car manufacturers you think should definitely be avoided?

I am interested in your feedback, good or bad, for any kind of car you got. You can leave it as a comment or e-mail or IM me. Thanks!

The New 5er

Sunday, April 20th, 2003

I would like to conduct an informal poll. BMW has recently announced the new 2004 5 Series in Europe; it will be introduced in the Americas soon as well. What I’d like to do is show you some pictures of the new car, some pictures of the old one, and ask you which you think looks better. Please vote for one or the other; or feel free to just leave your comments on the new design through the comment link below. You don’t have to leave your name if you don’t want to of course.

Here is a picture of the current BMW 5 Series.

Here are a first and second set of pictures of the new 2004 BMW 5 Series.

Thanks for your honest opinion. I’ll post mine once the poll is over and hopefully I’ve seen one in person.
